The Danilo S. Balete Research Grant offers small grants of up to P50,000 for research studies in the following fields:
- wildlife biology and ecology,
- biogeography,
- taxonomy and systematics, and
- conservation and management of Philippine wildlife.
The Research Grant is open to BCSP members or mentee of a BCSP member in good standing.
To apply, submit completed application form, research proposal, and endorsement letter from supervisor or referee to grants@biodiversity.ph by October 30, 2020.
We are thankful to the Team Energy Foundation, Inc. for their support of this project—their sponsorship allows us to award the grant to an additional beneficiary, and we are able to provide assistance to two research projects for this cycle.
